Read an update. By JR. Seems that during holidays the schedule is pushed back by 2-3 mins. I'm supposed to get to Nagoya by 13:13 cool so the rapids are pushed back as well. Banzai JR West they have Special Rapid Trains !! I probably can get back earlier after all horray!

Never mind my mistake. JR Middle or Chubu also run Special Rapids. Levels of JR trains. Most Basic Slowest: Futsuu (Normal all stops). Kaisoku-Rapid Trains (bit faster with lesser stops). Shin Kaisoku-Special Rapid Trains (fast with limited stations to major transfer stations). All trains after this requires additional charges. Kyuukou-Express (As... See more name suggests gets you pretty fast to only Major Stations). Note in JR East, Tokyo's district of train management don't run many rapids or even Specials

Shin-tokkyuu-Limited Express ( only to Large Stations ) gets you to your place fast. Shinkansen ( No English equivalent. Japan's famouse fast train ) only major cities with stations. In Shinkansen terms there is another realm of speed and versions that I don't have time and money to see lol.

So in easy terms. JR west is easier to travel with cheaper and quick options. The weather is turning cloudy abit here in Nagoya just arrived. Not nice I liked the sunny day and nice train ride.
